Extremely tired, unable to do much at all, I knew something was wrong, but I was not thinking striaght enough to do something about it. I figure this was just what getting "old" was like. Finally in 2006, I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and placed on CPAP therapy. Life is now back to normal. Mix well, then draw this solution into syringe -(or baby bottle, netty pot some even just use a soup bowl). Do not "inject" the solution into your nose and nasal passage too hard. Gently draw the solution in by your nose. It will pass through your nasal passages to your throat so you can split it out. The first time, you may have a gagging reflect. So it may be best to do it when you shower (until you know how big a mess you might make :). This type of "sinus irrigation" will open your airways and enhance normal breathing
